Healing Through The Holidays

The holidays can stir up old pain and add new pressures. Healing Through The Holidays is an 8-week guided journey that helps you stay grounded, peaceful, and emotionally centered from Thanksgiving through the New Year.

The Holidays Can Be Beautiful—But Can Also Be Very Overwhelming For Betrayed Partners

When you are living with betrayal trauma — especially if it's your first holiday season after Discovery Day — you are not just decorating a tree or showing up to gatherings. You are holding shock, grief, triggers, rage, confusion, and memories under your skin while everyone around you acts like life is normal.

And you are doing it alone — inside your own head — because there is no one in your real life who truly understands.

That isolation is not sustainable.

It’s not strength — it’s survival on fumes.

You were never meant to carry this alone.

The Holidays Can Be Beautiful—But Also Overwhelming For Betrayed Partners

This exclusive support group will help you move through the season with more ease and less emotional reactivity. You’ll learn how to protect your peace, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself — so the holidays no longer feel like survival mode.

Support should not be a luxury during the holidays.

It is the bare minimum of what you need to get through the next two months.

When you have support, you are with people who get it and this is what happens:

  • You stop feeling like the only one who still isn’t “over it”

  • You hear someone else say what you have been thinking in silence

  • Your nervous system softens because you are not invisible anymore

  • You don’t have to fake it to protect anyone else’s comfort

  • The holidays feel less like a performance and more like something you can actually get through

  • You get relief because you finally belong somewhere that understands you.

A Supportive Space For Your Frustration, Anxiety, and Worries,

Held By Someone Who's Been There And Actually Gets It

This support group is facilitated by Sarah — a Certified Root Cause Therapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and Breathwork Coach — trained to hold betrayal trauma without minimizing or rushing it.

She protects the tone and safety of the room, keeps the space regulated and grounded so you don’t get emotionally flooded, steps in when emotions spike so no one spirals, and ensures every woman leaves steadier, clearer, and more supported than she arrived.

Being guided in this way allows you to receive connection without chaos, validation without re-traumatization, and community without losing your privacy. The group is offered through Healing Families™, within Beth Fischer’s Betrayal Trauma Healing Method® ecosystem.

You’re probably telling yourself:

“I just need to get through this and then everything will be alright.”

That’s what most betrayed partners do — brace, hold their breath, and white-knuckle the holidays hoping they won’t fall apart.

But holding all of this alone is exactly what makes you shut down, snap, or break under the surface.

You don’t need to “be stronger.”

You need somewhere safe to fall so you don’t collapse in the wrong places.

You may also be thinking:

“No one in my real life understands or gets it.”

Your friends think you should be “past it by now.” Your family doesn’t know the full story.
Your spouse can’t carry your pain because they caused it.

So you keep it in — and isolation becomes its own kind of agony.

Being around people who already understand changes the entire experience. You finally exhale, because you are not the only one living this.

You don’t need to “be stronger.” You need somewhere safe to fall so you don’t collapse in the wrong places.

Or Maybe You're Worried You Won't Be Able To Keep Up The Charade For Those All-Day Gatherings?

Most betrayed partners are terrified of falling apart in front of their kids, families, in-laws, or at social gatherings — so they fake it, numb out, or disappear emotionally.

You don’t have to choose between collapsing and pretending.

Being supported gives you the stability to get through the season without breaking.

Whatever your situation is, please know this - you deserve the right support

This space is for you if this is your first holiday season after Discovery Day or the pain still hits just as hard, if you are still married and trying to stabilize, separated and living in limbo, divorced and still healing the fallout, or unsure what the future holds. Reconciliation is not required to belong here. If you are a betrayed partner walking into the holidays with a nervous system on fire, this room is for you.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, having trouble sleeping, or just want to learn simple ways to support yourself, this class will give you gentle, practical tools you can use right away. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you join—if you’re ready to take small, doable steps toward feeling steadier, this is for you.

What happens if I can’t make a session?

Don’t worry! All sessions are recorded and will be made available for replay within 48 hours of the live event. You’ll have access to these recordings for a set period, so you can catch up at your convenience and revisit the material as needed.

Do I need any special equipment or prior experience?

No special equipment or experience is needed. This is a teaching-based class, not a yoga or exercise class, and everything we cover is designed to be gentle and accessible. We will learn about how betrayal affects your body and simple ways to support your nervous system, and you’ll have the option to try out small practices like breathing, grounding, or gentle stretching if you choose. All you need is a quiet space, a notebook for reflections, and a willingness to learn how to help your body feel calmer.

How much time will this take each week?

The live class is one hour each week, and we encourage you to spend 10–15 minutes a day practicing what you learn. This class is designed to fit into real life, helping you build habits without feeling overwhelmed. The goal is to give you doable tools you can use right away, even on busy days.

Will this class help with my triggers?

Yes. This class will give you practical tools to help calm your body when you feel triggered or anxious. While it won't take all the pain away immediately, it will help you learn small steps to steady yourself so you can move through hard moments with more clarity and calm.

What if I'm not ready to make big changes in my life?

That’s okay. This class is designed for small, gentle steps that fit into your current life, even if you feel stuck or overwhelmed. You don’t have to do everything perfectly—just showing up and trying a few simple practices can start to help your body feel safer.

Is this class private? Will I have to share my story?

Your privacy is important. You are welcome to keep your camera off and listen quietly, and you will never be required to share your story. There will be opportunities for questions if you choose, but this is a safe, judgment-free space where you can participate in the way that feels best for you.

What if I’m still in shock or just found out about the betrayal?

This is actually a great time to take this class. When you’re in shock, your body is overwhelmed and needs support, and the tools you’ll learn here can help you feel calmer and steadier right away. You don’t need to be “ready” to start healing to benefit—this class will give you small, gentle practices to help you breathe, rest, and find a bit of relief, even in the middle of the chaos.
